Dare I say this dragon almost looks intimidating, with its rhinocerous-esque horns and facial ridges? Again, the absence of wings similar to the pokemon's is regrettable, and the arms look a little misproportionately small, but then again, clefairy being the bloated sack it is, it actually rather fits.
This dragon is very similar to the original clefairy dragon, and I'm still on the fence as to whether that appropriately fits into clefairy's lack of change during evolution or the similarity dulls down the excitement for this image. In any case, this was certainly well drawn, and the magical pixie mist it blows out of its mouth is nice to look at.
The pokemon isn't too different from the previous, so that makes me feel the need to pay more attention to the background, which I feel you've done splendidly. The volbeat are cute, though their cartoony appearance doesn't quite mesh with the style the dragon's drawn in, and the sight of the trees bathed in firefly light certainly is a pleasant one.
I am also a large fan of purple, so the dark violet in the sky and clefable's reflection is a really pleasing sight to see.
So, while not something completely new, your quality of drawing makes this picture a treat to the eye. Nicely done.
