067: Machoke

You have really gotten skilled at heavy, intricate scales. By the looks of it, you enjoy drawing them, as this is the second recent super-scaly dragon I've seen from you. There's no doubt about it, this dragon looks rough. Definitely reflecting the ruggedness of this lumbering cave beast. As with growlithe, the many-scaled version was kind of unexpected, as I'd picture an embodiment of raw power like machoke to have less armour so as not to hinder its rippling biceps, but then again, machoke is described as needing its strength partially held back due to having too much of it, so maybe in a way that actually makes a bit of sense. 

You've definitely taken good advantage of machoke's already partially reptilian appearance to make a natural-looking dragon. And I think I'd rather not take a punch from those hands. I kind of like the crocodil-y bits you've given this one, the teeth and tail look really cool. And that sure is one majestic pair of wings. Kind of ironic for a monster who supposedly has an air weakness. 

Really nice going on this bruiser of a beast. Your scale textures are really getting impressive.
