Overall Vision
Originality Technique ImpactGreat. I especially love the shading and metallic look of the drawing. It's reminiscent of the machine Digimon. It also has traits of Godzilla.
Great play to nostalgia combined with genre faith. It stays faithful to both the genre and the franchise that it is trying to represent while kicking it into the contemporary with something the audience has never seen before, but still can have the comfort of looking back at something delightfully familiar.
The shading and perspective show of the Magnemite so well that the drawing does not instantly feel like a drawing. Overall, it's a cartoon with the right balance of nostalgia and contemporary.
